This year's
Bitter Pill was a terrific success on a beautiful day - everyone had fun, worked up a sweat, and told some great stories at the after-party. Racers - if you have photos, we want to see 'em! Same goes for stories, blog posts, words of praise or ideas for improvement. Hope to see everyone at next year's Frigid Infliction!

02/16/10 - The MVP Health Care Frigid Infliction 2010 is now officially full! There's a waiting list already forming - if you didn't make it in time, please consider volunteering! You'll get lots of benefits (dinner before and after the race, free shirt, and discount on future races) and have a great time.
01/21/10 - Race course is coming along nicely, and we sampled food at our post-race partaay location tonight. All's well! Early-bird discount ends on the 26th, so get registered ASAP!
12/04/09 - We added
additional information for the MVP Health Care Frigid Infliction. Get your team signed up soon. Our summer race filled six weeks early so don't wait too long!
10/16/09 - GMARA has received a free entry for the half-relay in the
2010 Ultimate XC stage race. This will be run by the same organization that put on the Jay Challenge but it is now being held in Mont Tremblant. If anyone has an interest please
contact us. The full event is quite the challenge. Check out this quote from their site: "ONLY THE EXPERIENCED ULTRA RUNNER, ADVENTURE RACER AND INSANE ATHLETE SHOULD CONSIDER THIS SOLO RACE. THIS IS NOT FOR NORMAL PEOPLE."

07/08/09 - We're happy to say that we have a full roster for this year's race! 50 teams - wow - our biggest field yet! There are some great teams racing - take a look at the
team listing to see who you'll be competing against. Train up!
07/01/09 - We're excited to announce that we will have fifty teams from all over North America participating in this year's MVP Health Care Bitter Pill Adventure Race. Check out the
team listing for details. Right now there are only three spots remaining so sign up quickly if you're interested.
06/03/09 - We've updated the
MVP Health Care Bitter Pill section of the site with lots of additional information about the race. We're pleased to announce we'll be basing it out of the
Craftsbury Outdoor Center this year.
04/30/09 - We've added both a 6-8 hour and 2-3 hour training race to our events for May. Be sure to check out the

04/21/09 - There will be a navigation clinic at the South Burlington EMS store on Tuesday, May 5th, at 6:30 p.m.. This event is open to the public. Please RSVP by contacting
